Cinéma: Jalouse

Our cinéma programme for Institut members screens a new film every Wednesday at 2:00pm and 6:45pm. These events are free, but for members only. We invite you to book early and if you are not yet a member of the Institut français d'Ecosse, we invite you to join. Our film this week is Jalouse by David and Stéphane Foenkinos.

Synopsis:
Almost overnight, Nathalie Pêcheux, a divorced French teacher, changes from a loving mother into a jealous monster. Her first target is her stunning 18-year-old daughter Mathilde, a ballet dancer, but her field of attack soon extends to her friends, colleagues, and even her neighbours.

Starring Karin Viard, Anne Dorval, Bruno Todeschini
