The French Institute in Scotland is an official venue of the Fringe festival and welcomes French companies and/or artists to perform during the month of August in Edinburgh.
With our building being located in the centre of Edinburgh’s Old Town, the Institute has a perfect location for shows and offers different spaces that can accommodate your performances.
If you are a French company or if your show has a strong link to France or its culture, you could have a chance to be selected as part of our Vive le Fringe programme and enjoy our spaces free of charge. Our open call for the 2021 edition will open shortly.
